Dates – A substantial source of energy and potassium-containing supporter of your nervous system. 

Pumpkin – In just one cup of pumpkin, there’s more vitamin A than a cup of kale, more potassium than a banana, and more fiber than 1⁄2 cup of quinoa.

Pumpkin Seeds – A rich source of the amino acid tryptophan, which your body converts into serotonin.

Almonds (Almond Butter) – Filled with tyrosine, the building block for the mood transmitter dopamine. 


1 cup pitted dates
1.5 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ml 1000mg Blooming Botanicals Turmeric CBD Tincture


  1. Place all ingredients in a large food processor and blend until combined, scraping down the sides occasionally to fully incorporate.
  2. Once mixed thoroughly form into 1-inch bite-sized rounds. How many bites should this make? 
  3. Optional: Roll bites around in cacao for a rich chocolate flavor.
  4. Enjoy!
