All we can say about this recipe is YUM! Ok, you know that’s not all we have to say… however, it is definitely the first word that comes to mind.

Not only is this pudding creamy and light, but it’s also vegan, gluten-free, and low-sugar. Did you know that chia seeds are loaded with nutrients that are incredibly beneficial for your body and brain?

They may be tiny, but they pack a powerful punch with fiber, protein, omega-3s, calcium, and the list goes on. 

Aside from our love of chia seeds, this pudding makes our list of summary favs for so many reasons:

  • Simplicity – There’s minimal downtime for your pudding to set.
  • Versatility – Add just about any fruit or tasty topping you’re craving.
  • Taste – You’ll want to keep going back for more
  • Cool – That’s right, you can make this pudding with zero heat. 

Ingredients:

? 4 tbsp Chia Seeds⁣⁣
? 1 cup of dairy-free milk (we use coconut)⁣⁣
? 1 full dropper of Blooming Botanicals 500mg Original CBD ⁣⁣
? 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)⁣⁣
? Maple syrup to taste!⁣⁣
? Optional: add 1 tbsp protein powder to make it more filling!⁣⁣

⁣Directions:⁣⁣

Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix well. Let stand 5-10 minutes; you’ll notice the seeds soak up the milk and transform into a thicker pudding.

After it sets, mix once more and serve topped with fruit, nuts, cinnamon, coconut, hemp seeds, whatever your heart desires!⁣ ?⁣
