Here are five signs that can help you determine if CBD oil is working for you. Our general rule of thumb is to always look for the absence of symptoms or ailments that pushed you to try CBD in the first place. Here are a few examples…

1. Taking CBD for Anxiety

Experiencing less severe or less frequent symptoms of anxiety may indicate CBD is working for you. CBD interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system, which is involved in regulating mood. If you’re taking CBD oil for anxiety and you notice the severity of your anxiety has decreased over time, this is a good sign!

  • Similarly, are you experiencing anxiety less frequently?
  • Is your nervous system able to bounce back at a faster rate than before?

Audit how you currently feel and compare with your past experience with anxiety before taking CBD.

2. Experiencing Less Pain
